Postres amb taronja

PASTÍS DE TARONJA

Ingredients

  • 6 ous.
  • 150 grams de sucre.
  • 200 grams de farina.
  • 10 grams de llevat en pols.
  • 1 quilo de taronges per fer suc.
  • 200 grams de sucre.
  • 250 grams de nata muntada.
  • 2 taronges.

Preparació

1º Batre els ous durant 15 minuts aproximadament fins que la barreja pugi el doble del seu volum i quede de color blanc.

2º Afegir la farina barrejada amb el llevat.

3º Barrejar tots els ingredients.

4º Untar el motlle desitjat amb mantega i abocar la masa.

5º Introduir al forn a uns 180ºC durant 40 minuts.

6º Una vegada elaborat el pa de pessic el deixem refredar en el propi motlle i a continuació impregnar amb el suc de taronja, al qual li haurem afegit 100 grams de sucre.

7º Sense desmotllar el pastís l'introduim a la nevera durant 6 hores.

8º Pasat aquest temps, el desmotllem i el cubrim amb nata muntada barrejada amb els altres 150 grams de sucre.

9º Decorem amb trossos de guinda i taronges pelades.
