Originally from Australia, by spontaneous mutation in a tree of Washington Navel, it was imported into the 80s by the National Quarantine Station in Spain and marketing did not begin until 1987, achieving huge popularity since then, allowing to prolong the campaign Navelate marketing.
Its entry into production is faster than Navelate, produces fruits of good size, flattened somewhat rounded, orange color, with high juice content and very well compensated for their sweetness and acidity.
It has a long marketing period from February to May, without presenting skin fruit defects as Navelate, it produces larger fruits, which maintain their external and internal quality in the tree without phytoregulators treatments.
